Michael Grijalva (pronounced gree-hall-vuh) is a magician who performs at various events and parties. He has been studying the art of magic since he was eight years old. Just one year after he discovered magic he stumbled upon the Nevada County Magicians Guild. Through this guild Michael was able to meet many magicians who have helped shape him into the performer he is today. This guild allowed him to perform in his first stage show at the age of nine.
Michael has performed at various venues. He has performed on the streets during street fairs. He has performed from close-up magic to stage magic. Recently his main focus has been on ‘parlor’ shows. These shows bridge the gap between close-up magic and a full stage show. These are structured shows that work great for private parties.
Michael currently lives in northern California in the town of Rough and Ready. He performs throughout Nevada County. He is currently attending Sierra College and working towards a degree in computer engineering. With his magic, Michael always tries to deceive both the mind as well as the eye.
